There will be an honorarium on a sliding scale based on the worship attendance of the church.  Minimum honorarium will be $500 and the maximum will be $1,000.

• For a church with combined (if there is more than one morning service) average worship attendance of 500 or less, the honorarium would be $500.
• For a church with combined worship attendance of 1,000 or more, the honorarium would be $1,000.
• For a church with combined worship attendance between 500 and 1,000, the honorarium would be based on the attendance.  For instance, if the average attendance is 665, the honorarium would be $665.

The worship attendance figure would be whatever the music minister says it is.

In addition, there will be expenses for lodging, travel and meals.  Lodging would be provided at a moderately-priced hotel such as Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn or Hampton Inn.  Travel would be 40 cents a mile or airfare.  Meals would be moderately priced.

Payment for honorarium and expenses may be made after the visit and written report.
